The North Texas Irish Festival is back with another year of amazing music, dance, and cultural talent to celebrate the rich tradition of Irish and Celtic culture. This year’s event is March 8-10, 2019, in Dallas’s own Fair Park. Kathy, a communications professional, has had an intense passion for animals since she was a child. It didn’t matter if she was playing with a pet, reading the Encyclopedia Britannica, visiting the zoo, crying during a Walt Disney’s nature movie or watching “Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom,” Kathy was entranced with being around and learning more about animals.
