North Texas Irish Festival

Saturday, March 7 2020, 12am - Monday, March 9 2020, 12:30am

Mark your calendars! The North Texas Irish Festival will be in Fair Park Friday, March 6, through Sunday, March 8. Dogs on a leash are welcome at the North Texas Irish Festival for a $1 donation to animal rescue groups. Your dog can accompany you as you enjoy the festival, which includes Irish bands from around the world, as well as dance performances, storytelling, culinary and mixology demonstrations and more across 13 stages throughout the festival. Whiskey tastings, horse displays, sheep herding demonstrations, shopping, genealogy and plenty of activities for the kids round out a whole weekend of fun. The event also helps animal rescue groups find new homes for furry friends through a dedicated area at the festival. Your dog's entry donation goes to those groups to help fund their important work. Also in the dog rescue area is a selection of dog toys, accessories, beds, clothes, treats and more that you and your dog can check out while you're there. New for this year will be the Fantastic Paws Lure Course for dogs. Recreational Lure coursing is fun for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages.

Discount tickets available at Tom Thumb and Albertson's grocery stores. Children 11 and under get in FREE with accompanying adult. Dogs are welcome on a leash for a $1 donation.
